As a volunteer, you’ll receive free access to all the content of Polar Bear Pitching, including the Day Conference, Pitching in Avanto and the AfterParty.

Your volunteer experience will start with an info session where you’ll learn all about Polar Bear Pitching, the event schedule, and your role, followed by a watch party to bond and get excited with your fellow volunteers.
We will run task division workshops to assign the responsibilities based on your skills and interests. Additionally, you’ll take part in a venue run-through to familiarize yourself with the event layout and logistics.
Whether you’re assisting with registration, helping with the venue set-up or providing support to attendees, you’ll have the chance to put your skills into action and learn at Polar Bear Pitching!
